These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "Client," or "User") and Adore Decor, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") regarding the use of our services, website, and related offerings (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing, booking, or using any part of our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

Adore Decor is an event decorating service specializing in intimate room setups for birthdays, anniversaries, romantic surprises, and private celebrations. We provide custom decor using . balloons, petals, lights, and other enhancements to transform spaces into unforgettable experiences. Our services are available by appointment only and require advance booking.

1. BOOKINGS & DEPOSITS

• All bookings must be made at least 2 weeks in advance using our official booking form.
• After submitting your form, we will send an invoice via PayPal or email for credit/debit (Stripe). A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.
• The remaining 50% balance is due 72 hours before your event date. If unpaid, your booking will be canceled and your deposit forfeited.

2. PAYMENTS

• We currently accept payments via PayPal or credit/debit card through Stripe.
• Once you submit your booking form, we’ll email an invoice based on your selected payment method.
• All payments must be made through the official invoice we provide. Do not send payments directly without an invoice—your date is not secured until the invoice is paid.
• Your booking is not final until a deposit (50% of final price)  is received.

3. RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS

• Deposits are non-refundable, but you may reschedule once within 2 months of your original date, subject to availability.
• If you cancel after full payment and we have already completed setup, no refund will be issued.
• Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to your event to be eligible for partial refund (if any).

4. EVENT SETUP & ACCESS

• We typically decorate hotel rooms or residential spaces. You must confirm safe, timely, and legal access to the location.
• It is your responsibility to confirm with the hotel that room decorating is allowed.
• If we are denied access at the time of setup due to hotel policies, incorrect info, delays, or other avoidable issues, no refund will be issued.

5. ADD-ONS & CUSTOMIZATION

• Our packages may include optional add-ons. All add-ons must be confirmed and paid for at the time of booking and will be included in the invoice.

6. CLEANUP

• Cleanup is not included. Our service covers setup only. You (or the venue) are responsible for cleanup and removal of decorations after the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. LIABILITY

• We are not responsible for any property damage caused by materials used (balloons, LED candles, adhesives, etc.).
• You are responsible for any damage caused by guests, venue staff, pets, or third parties once setup is complete.
• If hotel or property staff request decor removal, we are not liable for disruptions or refunds.
• Maximum liability is capped at $1,000 or the total paid for the Services, whichever is less.

8. HOME VISITS & SAFETY

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service at any home location if we feel unsafe or uncomfortable. In that case, we will issue a partial refund.
• For home setups, all pets must be secured and kept in a separate room during setup. We are not responsible for lost/injured pets or delays caused by animals being loose.

9. PHOTOS, REVIEWS, & CONTENT

• We may take photos or videos of our setups for marketing purposes. No client-identifying information will be used unless we have your written consent.
• If you’d prefer your event not be photographed or posted, just let us know in writing at the time of booking.
• By tagging us or submitting testimonials, you grant Adore Decor a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your content in our marketing and portfolio.

10. AGE REQUIREMENT

You must be 18 years or older to book our Services. By doing so, you affirm that you meet this age requirement and can enter into a binding agreement.

10A. ALCOHOL ADD-ON (CHAMPAGNE — 21+ ONLY)

We offer champagne as a paid add-on. We provide one complimentary bottle of champagne. If you choose this option, the person receiving the setup must be at least 21 years old.

• By selecting this add-on, you confirm that you (or the recipient) are of legal drinking age.
• We may request age verification at the time of service (e.g., a valid government-issued ID).
• We do not supply or serve any other alcohol besides the champagne offered with this specific add-on.
• We reserve the right to cancel or remove the champagne from your setup without refund if age verification is refused or unavailable at the time of delivery.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials, logos, service descriptions, and content displayed on our website or social media are the intellectual property of Adore Decor. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish any materials without written permission.

12. SERVICE CHANGES & AVAILABILITY

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice.
• We do not guarantee that our Services will be available at all times. Downtime due to maintenance, tech issues, or emergencies may occur.
• We are not liable for any inconvenience or loss resulting from service interruptions.

13. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Adore Decor, its employees, agents, and partners from any loss, liability, or claim arising out of:

• Your use of the Services
• Your breach of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any act or omission by you or your guests during or after our setup

14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Informal Resolution

We ask that all disputes be attempted to be resolved informally via written communication within 30 days before further action is taken.

Arbitration

If unresolved, disputes will be settled via binding arbitration in Wayne County, Michigan.

• No class-action claims are allowed.
• Claims must be filed within 1 year.
• Arbitration may be done in person, by phone, or online.
• Judgment may be entered in any court with proper jurisdiction.

Exceptions

Claims related to intellectual property, unauthorized use, or privacy breaches may proceed in court.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, delays, or emotional distress.
Our total liability to you, regardless of cause or form, is limited to $1,000 or the total amount you paid for the Services—whichever is less.

16. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

By using our Services, you consent to receive electronic communications from us (email, forms, notices). You agree that digital records and signatures are legally binding and satisfy legal requirements for written contracts.

17. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be handled in Wayne County, Michigan.

18. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted to this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of our Services means you accept the revised Terms.

No personal details (faces, names, etc.) will ever be shared without your consent. If you do not want your event photographed or shared, please tell us in writing at the time of booking.

If you visit our website, it may use basic cookies to:

We don’t use cookies to track personal data or sell anything behind your back.

Data Retention
We keep your data only as long as necessary to:

• Complete your service
